Ryan provided extremely knowledgeable service from the very beginning, including an out-of-the-blue inventory check the night prior. During my test drive, he truly gave me the chance to "own it" and discover ups and downs myself. He followed each experience with solid advice and enjoyable enthusiasm. His knowledge of Mini options and characteristics was impressive. I am looking forward to a long (but hopefully infrequent) relationship with Ferman as I enjoy my new purchase. Highly recommend!
