Ryan was a pleasure to work with. He made it easy for me to chose my Lexus.I wanted a used vehicle he showed me several and I purchased a 2020 NX300. Glad I made the trip from Illinois to get my new car. Didn’t think I would get my CRV Sport Touring at a Lexus dealership but it was a nice price and my trade in for a 10 year old Tucson exceeded my expe Didn’t think I would get my CRV Sport Touring at a Lexus dealership but it was a nice price and my trade in for a 10 year old Tucson exceeded my expectation. Ryan was great! It was one of the best experiences in purchasing a vehicle. If I get the opportunity to get a Lexus…I would definitely make the trip to this dealership. The service was mostly fine, but what really irritates me is the extra charges for things I didn't want on the car. They added clear stickers to parts of the car, a wheel lock system, and 'lifetime nitroge is the extra charges for things I didn't want on the car. They added clear stickers to parts of the car, a wheel lock system, and 'lifetime nitrogen.' The ridiculous nitrogen charge was removed when I argued, but they claimed everything was already completed 'per lexus.' Then, a week or so later I get a text from the salesman that the previous owner dropped off the wheel lock key and they'd mail it to me (which they tried to charge me for). Obviously it was already installed. Anyone buying from them in the future should pay attention to the CARS act that should be passed this summer- it prevents predatory additions to car purchases like this. More
