Easy for me to recommend this dealer I used truecar and got a great price via email by Alex. I then stopped in and started talking with Ryan Eavey. He was great. Friendly, knowledgable I used truecar and got a great price via email by Alex. I then stopped in and started talking with Ryan Eavey. He was great. Friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Plus he seems like a nice guy. He didn't have the exact car I wanted so I didn't buy on that day. After a day or so, I realized I would be happy with the model he did have and I called him up and gave him a deposit. When I came in for my appointment to pick up my new car, Ryan was great. He walked me through everything. Michael Brack is their finance guy and he was very professional and nice also. He made signing all the paperwork easy. He had a great way of explaining everything to me so I felt I knew what I was signing. Overall, a great experience. More

Surprisingly, the best new car buying experience I ever had I bought a 2016 Forester this weekend. I just went to see the difference between the 2014 CrossTrek Hybrid I owned by test driving the new 2016 Forest I bought a 2016 Forester this weekend. I just went to see the difference between the 2014 CrossTrek Hybrid I owned by test driving the new 2016 Forester limited. Ryan did not push to sell and I felt no pressure to purchase by anyone there. I went late, not realizing they were closing, but they never complained and stayed opened until I completed my transaction. The whole Subaru experience we had with owning 2014 CrossTrek Hybrid, Subaru guaranty trade in value program and the sales team of Lucas made the whole interaction the best I ever had buying a new car. More

Great experience with Richard Lucas I purchased a 2016 WRX. I am very happy with this dealership. First of all they were the only dealership that would try to locate the exact car I wo I purchased a 2016 WRX. I am very happy with this dealership. First of all they were the only dealership that would try to locate the exact car I would want such as options and colors. Other dealerships told me it can't be done and pressured me to order the car which was impossible because I had to return my lease. The price for the north east was more than fair. My salesman was Ryan Eavey who was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I couldn't be any happier with him and he taught me everything about the car. He always kept in touch with me though out the buying process. Lastly I dealt with finance manager Michael Brack who was friendly and Proffessional. Although I live in SI I will take my new WRX for service at Richard Lucas. I highly recommend this dealership. More

NO idea about customer service Told me what ever I wanted to hear, even after I explained my situation of urgency, being that I needed a car within 1.5 weeks. "yeah yeah no problem we have a huge network, well get you your car in a few days" Dude weres my car? its been a week and I start work far away in a few days.. I need the car" "oops, i meant 2-3 weeks, thats what i meant" Why did you say that up front, that i had to wait 2-3 weeks?? "I didnt say that, the cars in such high demand that it will be at least 7-9 weeks! and that fee that I initally told you was a $500 locate fee, yeah its gonna be tough to get that back, since it wasnt really a locate fee, it was a deposit" ALso, please guys, im in sales too-please iron your shirts. That was my experience. I then went to World Subaru and dealt with a great crew over there with no xx. More
