Having been wanting a new truck for over three years and being patient weighing the wants vs the needs, I have found that Hill Kelly Dodge having since gone under new management the dealership has improved being patient weighing the wants vs the needs, I have found that Hill Kelly Dodge having since gone under new management the dealership has improved quite a bit. I have passed up on three other beautiful trucks this year alone and found a very freindly and proffessional sales person in one Ms Ashley Conlin. She was very patient with me and did not become one of those pushy sales person we sometimes meet. She was genuinely interested in finding the vehicle i was specifically looking for. A true proffesional in every since of the word. Oh did I metion that i got a great price on my pre owned Dodge Ram 1500 Outdoorsman!!! LeeRoy More

Hill Kelley was a great dealership to work with! My husband and I worked with sales associate Lonnie Smith. He was very friendly, and experienced and made buying a car easy without a hassle. The whole process was great from Lonnie to Rusty Hill that worked with scheduling for the leather to put into our vehicle and all the other changes he had to make to get our past vehicle changed over to the new vehicle. When we came back to the dealership to have the leather put in they even gave me Rusty's loaner car so I would have transportation for my children. They are a great bunch of guys that really work hard to help their customers. Their awesome!!!! I will recommend this dealership to all my family and friends in the future and we will be sure to come back and buy another vehicle from them in the future! More

So, previously (in 2011) I purchased a new Chrysler Town and Country from this same dealership. Fast forward to May 2012, I get a call from Ashton saying the dealership is looking for used vans and they'd and Country from this same dealership. Fast forward to May 2012, I get a call from Ashton saying the dealership is looking for used vans and they'd be willing to work with me on trading in my van for a newer model. I was not even thinking of buying a new van at the time as my wife and I were very happy with the one we had. However, the van we had at the time, did not have every bell and whistle that was available. So my wife and I decided it couldn't hurt to go to Hill Kelly and take a look. Ashton was very friendly and accomodating while we were there at the dealership. We ended up picking out a Touring-L edition of the Town and Country with all the extras we could want, short of a sun roof and chrome wheels. Throughout the process Ashton was great. He even joked around a little bit with our 3 year old who was getting tired of being at the dealership. Lastly, after the deal was done, Ashton followed us in our new van to my home in Fort Walton (40 minute drive out of his way) to pick up a deposit check from us. He didn't have to do that but he did and he did it without complaint. I would highly recommend him to future buyers and will ask for him when I'm ready for my Jeep. More

I went, on a rainy Saturday, to xxxx Kelly to trade in my 96 Dakota on a newer Ram truck. There were two Rams in stock that might fill my needs. I chose one of the trucks, an 08 Ram SLT. Due to the weather a 96 Dakota on a newer Ram truck. There were two Rams in stock that might fill my needs. I chose one of the trucks, an 08 Ram SLT. Due to the weather and just poor decision making on my part, I didn't take either truck for a test drive or take it home overnight although the sales consultant, Richard Hartline, recommended it. On Sunday I decided to buy the SLT, completing the deal except for a certified check I was to bring around the next day. When I got the truck home, I knew it was bigger than what I needed and was unhappy with my purchase. Arriving at the dealership I asked Mr Hartline if the deal could be switched to the other truck, an 06 ST that is shorter and lower to the ground. He said he would try, and it was okayed by the finance manager, Mr. Hill, but the only way to do it was to go through with the SLT deal, then trade it in on the ST. I was surprised the dealship would do this for me. Ellen Holmes, the business manager, got busy on the paper work, and the deal was completed in a short while. Everone involved in this transaction was helpful, cordial, and completely professional throughout this process. Ms Holmes, Mr. Hartline, and Mr. Hill are to be congratulated on going the extra mile to insure the customer was happy and in the best vehicle for his needs. I am very grateful for the extra effort and will continue to deal with this fine dealship. More

My wife and I went to basically look and test drive a new Dodge Charger to compare the car with others as far as price, reliability, and to check out offers that Hill-Kelly could make. I am a member of USAA and was using their car-buying service to help compare. Hill-Kelly was the first of three dealerships that USAA recommended because Hill-Kelly is a certified USAA dealer. Purchasing a new car that day was not our original intent, but everyone was so great and offered us such a great deal that we ended up buying our brand new Charger! I would highly recommend Hill-Kelly Dodge in Pensacola to anyone who is looking for a great deal on a new or pre-owned car. More

I was looking for a mid sized used truck with low miles that was in good shape and was pointed in the right direction. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly even though it was right at closing time on a Saturday night. I never felt like they were rushing me, just that they were trying to get me into my new truck quickly. More

No one's ever 100% happy with price, and while we would have liked to see it lower, we easily accepted the price the dealer offered us--it felt fair. Both Ashton and Rusty were friendly and enjoyable to work with. More
