Steve is the guy who took the time to find the vehicle with all the features i needed. Steve is a person who listens to the customer, and explains in detail the features, accessories, and pricing of each vehicle. I got a great trade in price for my 2012 Escape. ( they matched kelly blue book) which is unusual when purchasing a vehicle on the X plan. This was truly an enjoyable purchase! My only complaints are that we purchased a certified pre owned vehicle. They told us that all pre owned vehicles come with a full tank of gas. The car only had less than a half a tank when we left. Also, the car was not washed or detailed when we took it home. We drove an hour or more to come to this dealership just to buy this car, and they asked us to drive back up a different day so that they could fill it up, wash and detail it. It was pretty far out of our way, so we told them we couldn't do that. The then said if we found somewhere closer and got it detailed, that they would cover $50 worth of it if we sent them the receipt. Which was very nice of them. But they never did anything about the full tank of gas. We had a great experience until the end, which kind if left a bad taste in out mouth as we left. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. More

It was late in the afternoon and Russ, I believe to be the manager, came over and said they were very busy and could I come back tomorrow morning at 10AM and we would do a deal. I have bought 3 cars there in the past 10 years, this would have been my 4th so I said OK. Well, the next morning at 10, they told me they sold it last night! Very poor business in my opinion! More

Good friendly sales I had one question that nobody seemed to know the answer to. I went from sales, to parts to service and that question was how to hook up the brake con I had one question that nobody seemed to know the answer to. I went from sales, to parts to service and that question was how to hook up the brake control to my travel trailer. The information that was given was that I would have to purchase a new one, but when I got home with my new truck I found some sort of a harness that looks as if it would work on my old control, I would think that someone would have known about this and explained how to connect it to my brake control. More
