13 Infinities in 25 yrs! Great Dealer Have been customer for 25 years and never been disappointed . Have been treated like family and had the same associates to work with the whole time. Craig, Curt, and Rudy have been great to work with and all the other staff treat us great as well. From our first Infinity J30 to todays QX50 we have had almost no issues with any of their cars/suv's and would highly recommend the dealership and especially Craig and Curt to anyone looking to buy a terrific product. The employees are professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I moved to the Milwaukee area and I have even taken it back to Bloomington for some service as I am not happy with the Infiniti dealership in this area. Rudy has always been great to work with and has gone above and beyond accommodating me when traveling back to MN for service. I have not found any dealerships that have such a great Service Manager and always with a great attitude. More

Service Department is the BEST! I have been going to Luther Infiniti for over 10 years, they are my FAVORITE. I bought my second Infiniti just because Rudy and the whole service team I have been going to Luther Infiniti for over 10 years, they are my FAVORITE. I bought my second Infiniti just because Rudy and the whole service team are amazing (well, and I love the cars too). They accommodate me on times, they wash and vac my car, and they always fix things correctly the first time (not that there are many of those) - if there is something that was un-expected, they work with me on figuring out the best way to handle the repair. More
