I had a good time getting my Mazda 3 trade-in done and it was due in large part to the consultant I was working with. Rudy Catalan was very patient and helpful in answering any questions that I had at any po was due in large part to the consultant I was working with. Rudy Catalan was very patient and helpful in answering any questions that I had at any point in the process, and really made what usually feels like a long dragged out process a lot more enjoyable and efficient. At some point, I was missing some documentation that I needed and he was kind enough to help me find it on my car insurance portal. I was in and out of the dealership in a much quicker time than I expected, and left feeling satisfied that I got the best deal that I could on my new lease. He was also very responsive when I had to make a few follow up calls afterwards with questions regarding my car's navigation system. A real honest and pleasant guy to work with. I don't think there's anything else I could have asked for of this particular car leasing experience. More

In February 2024, I received an email about my end of year lease options for my Cx30. I went ahead and made an appointment with the lease coordinator at the North hills location. We went over all the det year lease options for my Cx30. I went ahead and made an appointment with the lease coordinator at the North hills location. We went over all the details and towards the end of the appointment I got introduced to Rudy. He was very welcoming and well mannered so I felt immediately comfortable around him. I was very particular about what I wanted but he was able to show me a few options. Rudy answered all my questions and was so professional throughout the sit down process. I came close to making a deal but I wasn’t 100% set on walking away from my cx30 just yet. Rudy was very understanding and we agreed to revisit this a few weeks later. Throughout the weeks, Rudy was very good about keeping me informed about all my options and new inventory. Towards the end of March, he invited me to go back in to look at some new cars that came in. I ended up falling in love with a 2024 Cx5 carbon edition. Of course the deal was too good to pass up. I’m very happy with my decision. Overall my experience at Mazda North Hills was amazing! Rudy was a pleasure to work with. I highly suggest you make an appointment with him. You won’t be disappointed. 🙂 More

Went in to figure out what to do with my current Mazda lease for my cx 30. Buying the car wasn’t possible ($$) but met with Rudy Catalan and went over numbers for a new lease. Rudy was very kind and lucki lease for my cx 30. Buying the car wasn’t possible ($$) but met with Rudy Catalan and went over numbers for a new lease. Rudy was very kind and luckily, Angel (prev. Rep. Now manager) came over, gave me a hug :) and worked on some of the numbers. They were both very patient, allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to and make me comfortable enough to sign for a new cx 30. It was a long process, but Rudy was very patient with me and has already checked in to make sure I’m happy. Mario in finance never put any pressure on me for any add ons to my lease, but explained them and convinced me to move forward with a couple of them. Don’t hesitate to try galpin Mazda. Really cool group in there, they really take care of you. More
