I purchased a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder SV. Everythings is excellent until after you sign the paperwork. Finance strings you along for months for a warranty and GAP refund. The vehicle was overpriced, but that was my fault for not doing more research, so I accept that failure. I have waited for the refund to credit to my account since July and have yet to receive it. Every time I inquire about it, I am told that they processed it. I wait weeks before following up to give them time, nevertheless, every time it is the same untruth. I just recently started 4 businesses along with a Non Profit Organization. I really wanted to work with this dealership in the future to purchase more vehicles for staff, but my opinion has been soured due to the issues that have surfaced. More

The dealership treated us very well. Honestly we did not deal too much with the dealership as a whole because Cory Robb took such good care of us. I bought my Jeep Liberty from the same store 10 years ago. And they were super great again. Josh Ayub is a great salesperson, gave me all the info up front, super easy to work with and it only took me an ago. And they were super great again.
