I felt as if there wasn't any pressure to buy on my first visit, most dealers want to beat you over the head to buy on the first trip to the dealership and Hayes wasn't like that. Jason Pirkle did a nice job taking care of my needs. The ordering process was fairly simple and the options for the new truck were laid out nicely.
