We decided on the Forester and worked closely with Roy who is very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and fun! He listened to what features we wanted and helped advise us of all the options. We never felt pressured. He was able to get us the exact car we wanted and it even came in a week earlier than expected! When we went to pick it up, we spoke with Rich in management, who was also very knowledgeable, friendly and did not pressure us. We noticed the car didn't have the liners on the back of the rear seat which we had wanted and thought we had paid for. But we were mistaken and they were not on the invoice. However, they had them installed right then and there at no additional cost to is, for which we were very grateful!!! More

My time spent with Roy Schiller the first sales person I met was more of a home coming than it was a sales pitch. I told him what I wanted, he looked at his computer, gave me options, deal done. Rest of the time talking sport and politics. When time came to pick up my car, it was ready on time and hassle free. No attempts to sell me any extras I did no want or need. They took the plates off my older Subaru and put them on the new one and off I went. My wife and I have driven Subaru's for over 30 years and see no reason to change. My first experience with this dealership and it was excellent. More
