They're grrrreat! Just wanted to say that Rossi and the whole team at Tustin Mazda are just great! He was able to get me into a beautiful new CX-5 with very little haggle. I wish my past car buying experiences were as easy as this but then again this dealership is a step ahead of the game when it comes to customer service. I highly recommend Tustin Mazda if you're in the market for a new car and especially Rossi as he was very knowledgable in their product and helpful in making the right car choice. Thanks again!!! Efficient and friendly service! I was in the market for an SUV and finally decided to go with the Mazda CX-5. Rossi helped us from beginning to end and helped negotiate the price dow I was in the market for an SUV and finally decided to go with the Mazda CX-5. Rossi helped us from beginning to end and helped negotiate the price down as much as possible. The sales manager and Rossi were very direct and honest and I did not feel that I was being cheated. The salesman kept me informed of when the exact car I wanted arrived at the dealer. He was well informed about the features included in the car and gave me a brief tutorial. He was very patient and cordial during both times we met. I did not feel rushed at any point or pressured to make a decision. He helped us through the entire process until we literally drove off the lot. I feel I would be able to contact him even after the business deal was complete should I have any questions. I highly recommend Rossi and this dealer, they made car buying a fairly painless process. More
