Kamel was not helpful in the sale of my truck, he wanted a service done from my father before he would give me information on the car I was buying. Matt helped with the deliver of my truck, was very nice, plus appointed me to Roy. Roy helped finish the paperwork of my truck ( he made the experience in signing the papers and looking at the truck fun). Thomas has helped in checking on the buy of my vehicle in make sure my truck excees all my expectations. Roy, Matt, Thomas and Ronny thank you for all your help, it's greatly appreciated. Love my Truck!!! More

IN THE PROCESS OF CAR BUYING- BAD EXPERIENCE FIRST INQUIRED VIA NET, VERY QUICK RESPONSE AND FOLLOW UP CALLS BUT WENT TO SEE THE CARS AND ASSIGNED KEVIN AS THE SALES PERSON, HE WAS NICE INITIALLY FIRST INQUIRED VIA NET, VERY QUICK RESPONSE AND FOLLOW UP CALLS BUT WENT TO SEE THE CARS AND ASSIGNED KEVIN AS THE SALES PERSON, HE WAS NICE INITIALLY, WENT AGAIN AND LIKED 2 USED CARS, I TOLD KEVIN THAT I LIKED THE CAR AND I PUT MY OFFER. HE PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK WITH HIS NUMBERS, WHICH HE NEVER DID. NEXT DAY CALLED THE DEALERSHIP, KEVIN WAS OUT BUT SOMEHOW HE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT THE CAR I LIKED GOT SOLD OUT!!!! HE PROMISED TO CALL ME GAIN WITH WHAT THE SITUATION IS, WHICH HE NEVER DID EVEN AFTER FEW DAYS!!! I WANT TO BUY A NEW CAR BUT I AM AFRAID IF I WANT TO BUY FROM THEM!! // REVISED : 5/12/16; AFTER RONNY GOT INVOLVED, HE GAVE BEST OFFER ON NEW CAR, BOUGHT THE CAT ON 5/11/16, WORKED WITH THE NEWLY HIRED SALES PERSON- EARL. OVER ALL I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH ENTIRE PROCESS- ALL THE PEOPLE I HAVE DEALT WITH ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY- EARL, RONNY AND TIMOTHY (FINANCE)....WONDERFUL TEAM. Jessica, Ronny, and Vinny...phenomenal customer service My first contact was with Jessica online. Jessica is such an asset to Honda of Hackettstown, personable, knowledgeable, professional, amazing! My se My first contact was with Jessica online. Jessica is such an asset to Honda of Hackettstown, personable, knowledgeable, professional, amazing! My second experience was with Vinny. It was like a breath of fresh air, no hard sale, no pressure, a very comfortable car buying experience. I left the dealership in my new CRV and I couldn't have been happier. There was a glitch with getting my PA plate, that has since been resolved but while I couldn't use my car, I worked with Marissa who was instrumental in getting a loaner car to me. When the loaner car didn't quite work out, Ronny was AMAZING to work with and brought an SUV. There aren't words to describe the level of customer service skills that Ronny possesses. I'm still floored. When my plate came in, Ronny and Jessica came to PA to pick up the SUV, and drop off my plate. It was like having friends come to visit. The trip to Hackettstown Honda is worth the experience of meeting Jessica, Vinny, Marissa, and Ronny. Those four people are the epitome of what customer service should be and almost never is. It was a pleasure and honor working with each of them The icing on the cake is that you leave the dealership with an amazing deal and a beautiful Honda. It doesn't get any better than that! More
