We really appreciated the "customer first" atmosphere and the down to earth non pushy attitudes. We asked many questions and got satisfying answers from Lisa or other staff members that she recruited to help. Lisa was very thorough in explaining all of the 'bells and whistles' of our new Camry. We are both very happy with our transaction! More

When we arr On April 26 we found the vehicle we wanted at Family Toyota. We had called ahead to schedule a test drive in a vehicle we had seen online. When we arrived the car was ready for us. Frank did a great job of showing us all of the details of the car and he accompanied us on the test drive. He was very helpful, patient and answered all of our questions. We ended up buying the car and are very happy with our purchase! We highly recommend Family Toyota. More

Hassle free, accomplished all of my needs with no hesitation I have given Ronnie the sales manager and the Nick the salesman this rating because they answered all of my questions in a very sincere genuine manner I have given Ronnie the sales manager and the Nick the salesman this rating because they answered all of my questions in a very sincere genuine manner just as I would expect anyone to treat me anywhere I go I never fill out review or give ratings because most often the service lacks but this two gentlemen made my experience exceptional and I would do business with them again, one thing that stood out to me that most that other dealers lack in is respecting my terms these gentlemen did not go back in forth with anything that I stated they said yes to everything I suggested we do, Ronnie and the staff were welcoming from the point that I stepped foot in to the dealership with my girlfriend who is the one driving the new car, in a world full of people trying to cut people's necks off I really appreciated the vibe these two gentlemen delivered. Ronnie explained all the paper work in a very simple form which was very easy to understand, over all my experience was pleasant and I am confident this dealership will exceed many customers expectations if they continue to deliver this kind of service, I can tell you by experience that out of many dealerships I have experienced this would be the best experience I have had overall. Good dealership Good overall experience. Paul unexpectedly ordered an antenna and new windshield wipers after I bought the truck, which was nice. Sales experience was Good overall experience. Paul unexpectedly ordered an antenna and new windshield wipers after I bought the truck, which was nice. Sales experience was good, and the price on the truck was unmatched anywhere else. My only suggestion is that if your dealership truly doesn't negotiate prices, be 100% up front about it. I would have liked to know that within the first few minutes or even seen it on the website. "Family- "Is more than a word." There's always that one dealership out there that handles customers with respect and patience, but you've never experienced it first hand. You know th There's always that one dealership out there that handles customers with respect and patience, but you've never experienced it first hand. You know the one, it's where soft music is playing and customers are being cooled with fans waved overhead by employees, while you get to drink a Mai Thai through a straw. It's out there, you've just never seen it. It's a Unicorn at the end of the rainbow. Well, I'm here to tell you it does exist. Well, almost. Minus the Rainbows. Unicorns do exist. Family Toyota is the dealership you've been looking for and our experience was nothing short of spectacular. It started with a text.....about a Unicorn. No really! I consider the 2017 Tacoma TRD Pro a Unicorn of sorts. You rarely see them in the wild and when you do they are gone in a flash. This one was even White! and exactly what I had been looking for, for two years. That text went to Danny Vu, who responded quickly that he still had the Unicorn and that he could have it ready to look at this afternoon. I was hooked. When we showed up, the Unicorn was standing there in all it's glory, all nice and shiny like it just had a bath and a comb. Danny came out to meet us and immediately said "Hop on, let's go for a ride" I didn't hesitate one bit. I have to admit, I was giddy from anticipation and a bit nervous. I was just hoping to not get bucked off really. As I climbed on to the steed and pressed the start button, she roared to life like a lion. As everyone was buckled in, she pranced out of the lot and then, we were off. It was truly a dream come true. After arriving back from cloud nine and parking her back in the stall, it was time to do what everyone dislikes to do, talk about financing. Ugh. I know. We sat down with Danny and he immediately made us feel at home and that there was absolutely no pressure to make a deal today. I told him we needed the opportunity to talk to our bank and that we would let him know later this afternoon. This is where it gets tricky though. Danny said "Hold on." " I need to get my sales Manager as part of the process." Ahhhhhhh. Yep, It was about to happen, we were about to get roped into a 6 hour process and be there until midnight. Shoot me now. But it never came. Ronnie (Manager) came over, introduced himself, gave me his card, and sat down. I explained to him we just need to talk to our bank and run the numbers. He totally understood, shook my hand and said "No worries, I totally understand." We left. What!!! Did that just happen? Did we just walk out of a dealership without any pressure what so ever to buy a car? Yep. We did. But this was far from over. When you've waited for the Unicorn as long as I have, you cant seem to get it out of your mind. Now, more then ever, it was impossible. We discussed it while driving home and decided to see what the bank could do. While that was happening, Danny never lost touch through text about what he could offer us through Toyota Financing and in the end, it was better through them, rather than through our bank. After texting about the particulars and getting the final numbers hammered out, we locked it down and made room in the stalls for our new steed. I just had to wait another day!! What? Wait? Well, I guess it was a small price to pay for such a long wait. Danny said he would get her washed up, combed and ready to go. Absolutely zero sleep was about to go down tonight. After an exhausting night of tossing and turning, the day had finally arrived. I was ready. We arrived at noon on a sunny day with a slight breeze and a scent of Spring in the air. Boy, was she shined up and looking good. Hair blowing in the breeze like a stallion she was. We walked in and Danny greeted us with a smile and a firm handshake. He said it would be a few minutes and finance would be right with us. This is the most excruciating part, there she is right outside the door, and I cant leave until that paper is signed. My stomach hurts. Danny walks out and said "Finance will see you now." Wahoo! We walked into Daniels office and he had everything ready for us to go, went over the numbers, other offerings, and we put pen to paper and that was that. I know, dramatic right. But that was just it. It wasn't dramatic, it's wasn't painful, there wasn't some kind of hidden agenda from the dealership. It was as the Italians say, Bing, Bang, Boom. Simple. It's not often you get to experience a dealership that treats you the way you think you should be treated. They understood that our time was precious and we didn't live close to the dealership. They didn't put pressure on us like so many other places do. Family Toyota did just what the name implies, they treated us like Family. That goes a heck of a lot farther with me than some fancy coffee machine, or some high end craft bar inside because they want to keep you there. it was just fantastic! Thank you to everyone involved in the process, Danny, for your smile and honesty. Ronnie, for letting us take the time to think about our purchase. To Daniel explaining what exactly we wanted and being quick to task. We spent a total of an hour and thirty minutes in Family Toyota and to be honest with you, I don't think it was enough. Come here first, you wont go anywhere else. Cheers. More
