Cameron was great. Your paperwork sucks. Still don't have a Title after 4 weeks. You entered the wrong name, Bob instead of Robert. Front plate bracket doesn't fit properly. You wouldn't install. You had me, a 70 year old guy laying on the ground trying to figure out a rivet gun and drilling holes in my bumper on a new $65000 truck. My friend and I bought new GMC SIERRA CREWCABS on the same day. Disappointed in the after sale treatment. More

Easiest car buying experience ever. Ronell was a great salesman, not pushy at all. Like the fact you only deal with one person the entire transaction, you're not shuffled between different people trying t salesman, not pushy at all. Like the fact you only deal with one person the entire transaction, you're not shuffled between different people trying to upsell you. When I went to pick up the car it wasn't detailed very well but, I think that is due to the color and not being able to see little marks unless in the sun. Ronell said to bring it back and he'll have it taken care of which, I plan on doing soon. Overall great experience though, and a week later I received a box of cookies in the mail as a Thank You....nice touch! More

Great customer service but would like to see service department due a better job inspecting vehicles the shield under front of engine was broken and battery was bad they stuffed plastic shield above bar department due a better job inspecting vehicles the shield under front of engine was broken and battery was bad they stuffed plastic shield above bar and left it without bolting back on and oil was black so had to get oil change before trip to New York More
