What ever you do, don't deal with Kent Mazda. I bought and waited 5 weeks to get a new Mazda They said it was in and be here in 2 hours. When we showed up they said they sold it to someone else. I don't and waited 5 weeks to get a new Mazda They said it was in and be here in 2 hours. When we showed up they said they sold it to someone else. I don't know if it was family or friend or someone willing to pay more but we couldn't believe someone would do that. I'm not stretching the story so be careful. Bill Thomson of Medina More

Paid cash for a car and both windshield wipers were broke and I didn’t notice when I bought it . Got 2 hours away headed home with it and it started to rain so when I turn wipers on it ruined my whole windsh and I didn’t notice when I bought it . Got 2 hours away headed home with it and it started to rain so when I turn wipers on it ruined my whole windshield now I have to replace it . There policy is oh well . You would think when they do the oil change and the point inspections they do that out of 6700 dollars the wipers would of been good . Literally both was completely broke ! Awful experience wish I would of spent money else where. More

Ron, the owner, and the finance manager all worked to fulfill my wishes and the experience could not have gone any better! Ron explained all of my additional features to me and even assisted me with downloading the Mazda app for my convenience. I will recommend all of my friends to Ron and his team at Mazda in Kent and I look forward to working with them again! More
