Ron was funny, very helpful, and so kind during my trip to Toyota of Naperville to purchase a new vehicle and trade in an old one. This dealership is 0% shady. No wheeling and dealing. Just straightforw to Toyota of Naperville to purchase a new vehicle and trade in an old one. This dealership is 0% shady. No wheeling and dealing. Just straightforward, honest communication. They were also very accommodating with allowing my husband to sign electronically so just one of us could be physically present. That was incredibly helpful since we are juggling 2 careers and 2 different kids' school schedules, during a pandemic. Skip all the other dealerships. Go to this one. (Plan ahead with some good jokes for Ron). More
