Very comfortable. Ron was wonderful and made a difficult experience easier. We are new to Texas, so it was important to us that we were shown good hospitality and care. Our one and only recommendation might be this: at one point in our dealings with Ron (salesman), his manager came over and told Ron to hurry it up and wrap things up. In a decision this big with the anxiety that accompanies a significant purchase, that part was a bit of a turnoff for us, and it almost negated the personal connection that we felt with Ron.
