Easiest car purchase I've ever made; no hassles, no pressure Genuinely greeted by salesman Tad Johnson. We were "only looking" and let him know that up front. He listened to our needs/wants & concerns since we hadn't purchased a car in over a decade and he provided several options in a very calm and relaxed manner. We were frank with him in letting him know that we would be looking at other cars, and he was not only OK with that, but encouraged it so that we would find the right car for us. We did that, but in the end, we went back to Tillery because of their friendly, professional staff (Dione Stuart, Ron Petree, Rudy Jauregui & Gabe Candelaria to name a few). More

He was very responsive, got me info very quickly and even sent me a video of the vehicle.... We negotiated over the phone, and he picked me up at the airport in the vehicle and we drove back to the dealership.... To be honest, the video Derek sent me is what sealed the deal. His followup service was excellent and I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing a vehicle from Derek at Tillery! After many new vehicle purchases, Tillery was the best to deal with by far. More

Turns out that the car that I wanted was called dibs on by some one else who was coming in to pick it up later that day. Bob Asked for a list of wants and must haves and started looking for something to fill my wants and needs. He would call every few weeks to let me know he was still looking and 2 moths later found me the perfect match, with about a third of the miles the original car I was interested in had. I highly recommend Tillery for their customer care and service. More
