Came in to get a new vehicle and got a chance to meet Alicia, while working with Ron McCloud. She did an amazing and wonderful job getting me the help financially that I needed. Granted, finances are never fun but she made the experience fun and not concerned about much. She was welcoming, bubbly, happy to help, and played no games when it came down to the final sale. No questions about my concerns, she was happy to accommodate like Ron, and made me feel comfortable about my decision.
