Took my 2017 Audi A6 for it's 40K maintenance. I was met at the door, introduced to my service rep Anthony Bruno, went over what would be serviced, got me into my loaner car and I was off. NASCAR pit cre at the door, introduced to my service rep Anthony Bruno, went over what would be serviced, got me into my loaner car and I was off. NASCAR pit crews would be envious. Received several texts giving me real-time updates of progress along with a video from my technician . Picked my car up after work which was washed and vacuumed. The gentleman who sold me the car, Ron Marvo , also stopped by to see how I was doing. Doesn't get much better then that. More

Audi has been our ride for the past 10 years, specifically the Q7 (multiple vehicles). Ron Marvo is hands down one of the most professional / knowledgeable individuals I have dealt with in my 30+ years of purchasing automobiles. From the initial sale of the RS 5, all the way through to explaining all of the features of the car, Ron made the experience both informative and exciting for a new car buyer. I am not sure who sees this within the Ray Catena / Audi North America organization but my hopes are this will reach someone that will recognize his outstanding contribution to your company..
