I needed service as my truck is making ticking noises from the engine. I called Ron several times and left messages. He never made an attempt or called me back. Very disappointed and didn’t think I would from the engine. I called Ron several times and left messages. He never made an attempt or called me back. Very disappointed and didn’t think I would be treated like the from Brogan Cadillac. I’ve serviced many times in the past. I guess I’ll be looking to go service my Cadillac at a dealer who wants my business. More

They no longer provide a loaner car although they did drop me off and picked me up. I needed the head unit replaced for the third time and I thought it should have been done free of charge but I was char drop me off and picked me up. I needed the head unit replaced for the third time and I thought it should have been done free of charge but I was charged $500. One would think that Cadillac would have fixed the problem every time for free especially since the first time it was still under warranty. This should have been done under the lemon law but I don’t have the time nor patience to argue with the dealer/manufacturer on a hopeless cause. Also, when I bought the vehicle (new in 2016), I was promised 2 free complete detailing jobs for free. But this time I was told that the salesman and the manager told the service guy that they had only told me that they would provide 3 detailing jobs and that I would have to pay 50% for the job. It was already done so I didn’t even have a choice to discuss it with them. I know what I was told but I guess it was just a way to close the deal. I guess they didn’t ever intend to honor their agreement because I didn’t have it in writing. If they only agreed to 3, why did they already provide me with 5 free detailing jobs? More
