I contacted Biggers Mazda about purchasing a CX-5 using their "better than internet price" link on their website. Being a previous customer I was familiar with their pricing and service and enjoy dealing w their "better than internet price" link on their website. Being a previous customer I was familiar with their pricing and service and enjoy dealing with them. I received a response from Rich Bressett which was quite courteous and informative. Rich invited me to stop in to discuss what I specifically wanted in the car and to take a test drive. Rich was appologetic that they did not have what I wanted in stock but along with Bill Werthmann & Ron Liszka worked to find it from another dealer. If you are looking for a loaded FWD unit as I was you soon find that they are very rare. As luck would have it Biggers received a fresh delivery of an AWD with all the equipment and color I wanted. Rich called me as they were unloading it and offered it to me at a great price. At the closing I mentioned I wanted to add some extras later and was told they would be available at discout also. I stopped by last night expecting to have to order them and was surprised not only by the fact they were in stock but Rich walked me to the parts area and installed them as I waited. Art Smith (service manager) even pulled one of his mechanics to add the wheel locks. If you are looking for a new Mazda at a great price with no hassels and a service department that is very responsive I would highly recommend you go to Biggers Mazda. More

I have never bought a car on my own(without husband) so I was really in need of a confident team of people that I felt had my best interests at heart...this was Biggers'. I had not settle on the Mazda until was really in need of a confident team of people that I felt had my best interests at heart...this was Biggers'. I had not settle on the Mazda until Biggers' and knew after talking with them that I would be consider a part their family and an owner of a Biggers' Mazda. Everyone I have listed above went over and beyond to answer my questions. More

I really enjoyed the service I received at Biggers Mazda. The sales associates were very friendly and personable.They knew all about their cars and gave me a great price. I've received about 5 letters and 3 phone calls since I have purchased my Mazda3 to insure I had no questions about my vehicle. The price I received was affordable which was ultimately the deciding factor and allowed me to make my purchase at Biggers Mazda. More

This was my first car buying experience so I went to multiple dealerships and Rich was the only salesmen that didn't try to push a sale on me as soon as I walked in the door. There is another Mazda dealership that is actually closer to my home but I traveled a little further because of my first visit to Biggers. They also matched a discount that I could have used with other car makers and I feel they gave the best deal possible. More

I spent months researching new cars and test drove several brands when I finally came to Biggers. Franco put me at ease immediately and set up a test drive for a Mazda CX5. It was great and then dec several brands when I finally came to Biggers. Franco put me at ease immediately and set up a test drive for a Mazda CX5. It was great and then decided I also wanted to test drive the CX 5 GT. No problem...when I got back I was offered a bottle of water to drink...amazing! We sat and chatted about the car(s) and options were explained and questions asked. I am now the proud owner of a "Biggers" Mazda CX5 GT! Everyone in this dealership is friendly and anxious to make your car buying a really good experience. Thank you all. More

My first experience with Biggers Mazda occurred today when looking to purchase a car for my son. David, our sales consultant, was friendly and really new the details of the Mazda 3. We had a great test drive and learned all about the features/functions; the car sold itself. When we decided on the vehicle we liked, our pricing discussion with Ron the GM was painless with no games. The dealership went out of their way to move fast in preparing the car and moving through the paperwork. David did a nice job with the delivery process and vehicle training. This was the "easiest" purchase of a vehicle I've had, and I feel great about the purchase. More

Usually, I walk into a dealership after looking through the car's brochure and know more about the vehicle than the salesman. That was definitely NOT the case here. David took me through every aspect of the vehicle from first-hand knowledge, not just spewing specs. They didn't have the specific car I was looking for on the lot. Ron was able to find one at another dealership and had it on-site in less than 24 hours. They prepped the car with great attention to detail and then made sure that I understood how all of the features worked and answered any questions I had before I drove away. More
