Great experience I found the vehicle I was looking for on car gurus. I then called and spoke with a sales associate and negotiated for the price I was willing to pay. I found the vehicle I was looking for on car gurus. I then called and spoke with a sales associate and negotiated for the price I was willing to pay. The used car manager came back with a figure that was real close to mine. I then drove to Atlanta to pick the truck up. When I got there they even put the truck on a lift so I could inspect the under side of the truck. So overall they kept up there end of the deal , and I left a happy customer. More

They explained every thing very nicely right from I reached and left the dealership. Car was washed and ready before I reached at Jim Ellis which saved some time. I was welcomed warmly and It was great experience. Ron showed and explained me everything in side the car setting up OnStar service, showing service center and setting up apple play and blue tooth. I am very happy with my experience at Jim ellis and definitely recommend this dealer. More

We were greeted immediately by Ron who had us on a test drive withinh minutes. Once we decided to move forward Ron and the finance director (Samuel)had us in and out in no time and answered all questions we had. Great people and excellent service. I was interested in buying a used vehicle I saw online. I was from out of town and had trouble with the car I wanted to trade on the way to see the ca I was interested in buying a used vehicle I saw online. I was from out of town and had trouble with the car I wanted to trade on the way to see the car I wanted. They worked out a fair deal taking my trade-in car as is and picked it up in another state. Ron Durham was the sales rep and he was great to deal with. No high pressure, just very fact based negotiations and descriptions of warranties and other offers. I highly recommend this dealership. Purchase of Used Tahoe I had good service in the purchase of our Tahoe at the end of Dec. 2018. All repairs discussed were completed with the exception of replacing the bus I had good service in the purchase of our Tahoe at the end of Dec. 2018. All repairs discussed were completed with the exception of replacing the busted speakers. I am waiting for a call to let me know that they have found speakers for our Tahoe. I did follow-up with Ron today and waiting for a call back. If I had to put anything unfavorable it would be waiting for the speakers only as it relates to my purchase experience. Otherwise I have no complaints about sales person or initial process. As it relates to calling the receptionist is not very helpful. When the vehicle was there I called to get and update and got the run around from those answering the phones. I did finally get "Lisa" that was awesome and took the time to see what was actually happening. I also had a good experience with the gentlemen (not sure of name) that assisted with the final outcome on the sale (may be Sales Mgr). More
