Lopez - CPO 2017 JETTA GLI Great dealership experience. Rob in Sales was 1st class. Jim in Finance was helpful and friendly too. Ron Demaskey, my salesman, was very knowledg I was very satisfied and pleased with my recent experience purchasing a 2016 VW Passat from Hamilton VW. Ron Demaskey, my salesman, was very knowledgeable and professional, He answered all of our questions and was very cooperative. The negotiations went quickly and without a lot of drama. The dealership is modern,very clean and up to date. There was WiFi, coffee and snacks available while we waited. Once we agreed on the sale price, the Hamilton VW staff did an excellent job quickly detailing the car. Jim Ferry the Finance Manager was very professional and knowledgeable in preparing the paperwork. Overall an excellent experience purchasing the car. I would certainly strongly recommend Hamilton VW and Ron Demaskey to my friends and associates. More
