Dealing with the female service writer is an awful experience. I bought my vehicle there but I don't think I'm going to return again for service unless something changes there. I almost felt like I was an inconvenience because I was having an issue with my vehicle. I had to bring my vehicle in for the same problem 3 times. One time I showed for my appointment and there was no one there that could fix my vehicle so I had to make another appointment and come back again. All I needed done was get a key programmed to my vehicle. I made my appointment for 8am and when I came in to get my key done it took 2 hours. More
