I hade a bad experience back in June helping my daughter get a car. I have already gotten 2 cars from 5 star with no issues. I'm not going over the whole story again. My thing is now why keep emailing me on get a car. I have already gotten 2 cars from 5 star with no issues. I'm not going over the whole story again. My thing is now why keep emailing me on the issue have me say Everything that happened. Act like you care and in confidence that you are going and willing to help resolve the issue. To not doing anything at all at the end. You still want to continue the bad customer service. I had to tell my son NO we ate not going there cause he's ready for a car if they truly ment that they cared on helping and resolve the issue. Stay true to give the money they said they would pay me for then I would have taken him. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DONOT STAY TRUE TO THERE WORDS. More
