Specifically... our experience with Ron Brunner, Sales Consultant, was great. I told the manager that this was the best car buying experience we've ever had. Ron has a very friendly, easy-going personality which immediately put us at ease. He was very knowledgable about all the Honda products (and competitor products). He gave us lots of information about the cars we looked at but we never felt he was doing a hard sell. (I felt like he was a neighbor or friend telling me about the call.) Before we took a test drive he pointed out the key features of the car (most of which were new to us). He explained safety features; was able to answer all the questions I asked. ANd he also asked good questions to determine what we were really looking for in a new car (features, price range, etc.). To be honest, we did not think we were going to buy a car today. But the whole experience was so positive and reassuring that we felt very comfortable that we were making a good decision. I would recommend Ron Brunner (and Curry Honda) to any of our friends or family. More

Refreshing change I recently purchased a preowned honda from Curry Honda. Working with Ron Brunner was a pleasure. His friendly personality and nonthreatening approac I recently purchased a preowned honda from Curry Honda. Working with Ron Brunner was a pleasure. His friendly personality and nonthreatening approach were a refreshing change from my previous car buying experiences. Not only was Ron extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, he took the time to listen to my concerns and questions in a manner that conveyed to me a sense of collaboration. I went into this experience prepared for battle. When buying cars in the past, no matter how well prepared I was I ended up feeling I had been taken...especially once meeting with the finance guy. This was certainly not the case this time. Chris Brunner worked to get me an excellent finance rate. He also took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my decisions. Both Chris and Ron were very genuine and kind. They made me feel that they cared about me as a person..not just a sale. I can honestly say that I am happy to have met them both. I thank them for making this process so painless and pleasant...the first time I have actually smiled leaving a car dealership! More

In the end Lia Honda and Curry had almost the same deal, but Ron's personal non over pressure approach is what sold us. His after the deal follow up was also a nice touch. Leasing Experience I went in to Curry Honda to see what options I had for upgrading my existing lease. I was greeted by very friendly staff and was helped right away. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and was not pressured at all. Ron, my sales man, worked hard to get me into the car I was looking for at the price that I was asking for. He paid attention to my requests and did not try to up-sell me. Ron was always available and easy to get in touch with throughout the process and he truly wanted to see me satisfied. Chris worked with me on financing and also was amazing. He strives to ensure that Curry customers are happy. I could not have asked for a better experience. More

We purchased our Honda CR-V from Curry this week (our family's fourth Honda) and were very satisfied with our experience from start to finish! We enjoyed working with Ron Brunner, who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accomodating. He helped us find everything we were looking for and did not pressure us in any way. He even looked into the possibility of adding lumbar support to another vehicle for us if we wanted. He answered all of our questions, kept in contact with us regarding each part of the process and was very respectful of our time. Thank you very much Ron (Fitz and John Ryan, as well) for all your help and for making our Honda purchase a pleasant one! We also enjoyed speaking with Rich E. and Troy! More

Evaluation of Ron Brunner Th, March 27: It has been an absolute pleasure working with Ron Brunner through the process of purchasing a new 2013 Honda Civic LX car. In fact Th, March 27: It has been an absolute pleasure working with Ron Brunner through the process of purchasing a new 2013 Honda Civic LX car. In fact, it was an extraordinary, "stress-less" car-buying experience. Definitely atypical . . . Ron is a respectful, honest individual and an excellent salesperson. He has a way of making a potential buyer feel that his main concern is the interest of the buyer and not what's "in it for him." Ron maintains eye contact so that one feels you are the only prospective buyer he is working with at the time, ie he gives his undivided attention to the customer across the table from him. Ron is also detail-oriented which adds to customer satisfaction. I can't say enough good things about our working relationship over a period of six days -- from last Friday, March 21 through yesterday (Wednesday, March 26), when I drove my new car home. I will highly recommend Ron to all of my friends and family members in this area, and I will certainly keep in touch with him should I have questions in the future about my car. In addition to this "DealerRater" survey, I plan to write a letter of commendation to Mr. Howard Sackaroff. Ron Brunner is a valuable "asset" on Curry Honda Chicopee's sales staff. I have never before (I am a 73 year old widow) had such an amicable car-buying experience with an automobile salesperson. I would be remiss if I didn't also mention the positive experience I had with Gus Rosa in internet sales. He provided exactly what I had asked for, ie the "best price" on a 2013 Honda Civic LX with automatic transmission. His quote was so attractive that I immediately jumped at the offer. Ron was great to work with and I would come back to Curry to work with him again in a heartbeat. Friendly, professional, well spoken, and knows how to connect with a customer. Has a great deal of knowledge about the Honda line of vehicles, and if he didn't automatically know the answer to one of my questions, he said so and found the answer for me. For me, this approach is preferable to the salesperson who bluffs their way through a conversation, or promises things that turn out to be thin air (which has happened to me previously, and why I came to Curry instead of that *other* Honda dealership). Doing sales well is an not easy task, but he makes it look easy. Kudos to Curry Honda and thank you to Ron. More
