Bought vehicle 2021 Wrangler Willy's edition, dealer gave the best straight forward deal, held to their price, paper work was smooth and now went back for service where it counts is after the sale! Made appointment for a squeak and to update my apple car play system. Pulled into service greeter area where I was immediately approached by a young man Eric service advisor, he was friendly and knowledgeable, we talked, he documented the areas of concern I had, and throughout the process in the spotless clean waiting room (Where they played movies on a big television screen), he kept me informed at least 4 times,explaining what was happening. Oh did I also say that this is the only dealership that gives you the new vehicle purchaser a 20 year 200,000 mile power-train warranty at no charge with every new vehicle now that is above any dealership anywhere! Got the Jeep back, and the carplay would not hook up,as they updated my carplay system, this is where a smart intelligent computer savvy girl named Jessica came in and told me my phone needed to be updated to match the Uconnect Jeep update,she did that and now it works perfectly. I live near Midway airport and pass 5 dealers that sell this make, they made the best fair deal, and its well worth the trip for service, try them you will not regret it!! More

This dealership is a refreshing honest place to do business. Was looking for a 2021 jeep wrangler Willys addition, went to two other dealerships, one of them I dealt with on the Internet which is loca business. Was looking for a 2021 jeep wrangler Willys addition, went to two other dealerships, one of them I dealt with on the Internet which is located in Streamwood Illinois they give you an extra low price then they refused to tell you the real price of the vehicle. The second dealership worked up a price told me they would call me back and never did. The third dealership where I know the general manager also refused to call back with a price. I know there’s a shortage of vehicles due to the computer chip shortage, what it’s not a way to keep a customer. When I went to the Internet and found South Oak Dodge dealt with Shannon, who is very informative going back-and-forth with the information, then she put me in touch with one of her top salesman Ron who I met after he offered me a deal, then called me back with a better deal because the first deal was not the one I wanted. I went into the dealership the vehicles was there ready to drive they were not pushy at all I was given an honest out the door price for the vehicle no options no extras, very honest very informative. We made a deal went into finance to see Barb we were quickly handled, we came back later in the day to talk to another finance man named Leo after we talk to Bobby in finance earlier in the day to finish the deal very nice all the paperwork was ready for my wife and I to sign vehicle was ready everything was taken care of as it should’ve been very professional very quick very informative. A no nonsense, get it done no pressure dealership this is the way dealerships should run. Will always recommend them to everyone. Plus this is the only dealership I know if it gives you a 10 year powertrain warranty at no extra charge hopefully this warranty will never be needed but it’s nice to know they give it to you something to think about when you’re buying a vehicle spending that kind of money that is how confident they are in the in the vehicles they sell. More
