Hi David, I was left stranded for 2 months without a legally usable vehicle because of a mistake that was made by the dealership with the title, the people I spoke with at the dealership failed to even inform me of an issue until 2 weeks after my temporary tag had expired, even when I would ask if there was a problem. I was promised updates or callbacks after someone would want to check something or need to talk to someone, and I'd hear nothing for a week, until I reached back out. I often felt like an afterthought. I appreciate the apology, I hesitate to call though, because even now, I'd still feel uncomfortable calling.
