May 3, 2024 I bought a 2021 Ford Escape Hybrid with Gregorio Montalvo. He was awesome!! Answered all of my questions. Process was so easy and fast and it made me feel so comfortable. I worked with Roger and he promised several times that the dealership would pay for a repair on the truck I bought, when it came time to pay, they backed out and didn’t want to own up to their end of the the dealership would pay for a repair on the truck I bought, when it came time to pay, they backed out and didn’t want to own up to their end of the deal. This is the second pickup I've purchased from McCombs Ford West. A year later, when I was ready to purchase my 2020 Ford Ranger, I requested Roger Reyna, who was my sales person from before. Roger was fr Ford West. A year later, when I was ready to purchase my 2020 Ford Ranger, I requested Roger Reyna, who was my sales person from before. Roger was friendly and both times, helped me remove my personal belongings from my trade in to my new vehicle including removing and transferring my toolbox from one truck to the other to help speed along the process.
