Nick was an absolute pleasure to work with, he accommodated my requests, heard and understood what I wanted and worked with me on my trade. He helped me find the perfect vehicle. He also explained all of the new features in my new Highlander. He made the process easy. He was honest, likable and easy to work with. Rodney helped me find my best option for what I could afford with my budget; he gave me ideas and made my process a positive experience. JR helped me with my final paperwork; he made it painless. I appreciated his professionalism and humor! When it's time for my next vehicle I will go back and prefer to work with these 3 guys again! They made it a great experience from start to finish! More

Wonderful experience -- bought 2013 Toyota Highlander Limited AWD. Within a couple hours of contacting Paul Riggin via internet/phone had a lower price than I had gotten from Adams Toyota in Lee's Summ Limited AWD. Within a couple hours of contacting Paul Riggin via internet/phone had a lower price than I had gotten from Adams Toyota in Lee's Summit after four days of negotiating with them. Molle had the model/color/specs in stock -- took only a few hours from first contact to driving off in my new ride!! Met with Rodney Skaggs for paperwork -- he had everything ready for signatures - and we were on our way to meet with Jason Sheafer. Jason did a fantastic job of explaining Entune/Navigation/Apps!! I was very pleased with my experience at Molle Toyota and especially my interaction with Jason and Rodney. They made the process as painless as car buying can be. Low key and helpful. Before purchasing a Highlander I visited 9 different dealerships. With the exception of Molle my experience was somewhere between awful and competent. I cant honestly say that I purchased this vehicle solely because of my positive experience but I feel as if I paid a little more just not to have someone else ask me "what they could do to get me to buy today". Brian and I were very pleased with the trade-in value received from his truck and the price of the Molle vehicles that we ended up buying a Tundra and leasing a Corolla. I just leased a new car from Molle Toyota and I must say it was the most pleasant experience I have every had dealing with a dealership! There was no pressure just helpful information. My wife and I picked up our new Tacoma two days ago and this was probably one of the best experiences buying a new car we have ever had, if not the best. We have had some very bad experiences buying new ca this was probably one of the best experiences buying a new car we have ever had, if not the best. We have had some very bad experiences buying new cars spending several hours "dealing" and still walked out feeling exhausted. Everyone we worked with were very friendly and laid back. We were very comfortable with Matt who was very helpful and genuine. I would not hesitate to but another car from Molle. This not a high pressure sales floor dealership in my opinion, they are just there to provide a service and they are very good at what they do. I very much dislike buying cars and this was not a typical experience. My father in law even commented when we told him where we bought, "they have the best prices in Kansas City". More

When I had traded my 2008 F J Cruiser for a 2012, I'd purchased running boards. They were ordered, but the wrong color had been sent the first time, and the correct color came in Thursday, 10/11/12. I' purchased running boards. They were ordered, but the wrong color had been sent the first time, and the correct color came in Thursday, 10/11/12. I'm short, and have a problem with my hip now & then, so when the running boards came in, Nick Gaydusek (my sales person) and Rodney Skaggs offered to put them on for me. They said it wouldn't take long, and they'd be glad to put them on, so I came by after work yesterday - Friday 10/12/12. Unfortunately this was the first time this particular running board had been installed, and was more complicated then they had originally thought, thus it took them awhile. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND in getting the running boards on for me. They worked WELL AFTER CLOSING HOURS to be sure they were properly installed. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff after 6PM. They had work to do, and went about their business, yet still took time to make me feel comfortable, and safe. I felt sorry for Nick and Ray having such a hard time, and really do appreciate their dedicated customer service to get it taken care of for me. They were AWESOME, and so are the running boards!!!! I just wanted you to know what a wonderful impression these individuals made on me as my first customer services experience - other then purchasing the F J - and due to this experience, I definitely will be back for all maintenance services.
