Bought the car brand new less than 3years ago, and Air Conditioner stopped working, which is unusual for Honda Quality. HOK was able to fit me in their tight schedule, and did a great job diagnosing and f Conditioner stopped working, which is unusual for Honda Quality. HOK was able to fit me in their tight schedule, and did a great job diagnosing and fixing the electrical issue. Bonus was that the Service was covered under warranty, but just barely as my mileage was 35,400. I’m glad I didn’t wait any longer to bring the car in. More

Excellent service. Rodney was great! I came in the day before and it was a 2hr wait for an express oil change. The gentleman made an appointment for me the next day. We like the friendly atmosphere here; as well as the fact they do not high pressure you. Rather, they explain why a service is recommended and explain the degree of urgency. It was a little hard to make the appointment as transfer from main answer to service appointment area didn't work (on hold 15 min then disconnected.. calked again on hold 9 min., then called and asked her to transfer me directly to Joe. Also, were really busy when we arrived for service. Had to wait to get into garage.. Popular place. More
