It did not have a sunroof as advertised (that was blamed on the "marketing" company) and as I was told on the phone that it did. It was not "pristine" as stated on the phone. It leaked air conditioning fluid and had a warning light flashing "AWD" on the dash. There were no floor mats at all nor a cargo cover in the rear of the Outback wagon. A fender panel was slightly separating from the main body panel. The interior was so so and the driving performance was unimpressive. I did not buy the car. They did show me a similar Outback wagon of the same year with more miles which was a much better car, offered me a reasonable trade in value on my old Forester, and I signed a purchase agreement on that car that night though I did not pick it up until five days later because I was arranging my own financing.The morning after I took it home, I got a good look at the inside and outside of the car that they had "cleaned" before they handed me the keys. All of the windows were filthy, the dash did not even look wiped off. The nooks and crannies had lots of dirt in them and the floors had grit left in the carpets. It did have shiny stuff on the tires, as if that were a priority. The two people we dealt with did not show as much concern for the "buyer" as they did for the "dealer". I would have expected such treatment from a side street used car dealer and not a large volume new car dealer. Buying a new car there went well for my sister-in-law and she has no complaints. Buying used at Premier was not pleasant. More

Mark Stewart was very attentive to our needs and patient/ Mark was an excellent sales person as we are both over 75 and this was a very traumatic experience - to buy our last car. Our daughter was with us to begin with and Mark understood exactly what we wanted and where we were coming from. He assured us of all the positive aspects of the Subaru - long life with little maintenance . The test drive was very helpful and met our needs and it was a very positive event. Then he turned us over to Rodney to look at our papers - Rodney reprimanded Mark in front of us for not stapling certain papers together which I thought was totally inapproprate. Then when we returned we met Jeff who didn't seem to hear at all what we were saying that we didn't want a lot of add ons - he just kept going and wasn't listening. I understand this is his job to present all these options to us but it seems we should have had an option to say "no thanks" and be done. After hearing all the positive things about Subaru , then after we left Jeff's office we were bewildered by the host of things that will go wrong and we had better be ready. It was not a positive experience. Thankfully Mark came and explained the workings of the car to us and saw us off but we were totally exhausted after spending 2 hours when we thought it was only to come back - sign the insurance which I had arranged with Ahsley by phone - and drive off in our car. More

Since 1978 there have been a total of 14 Subarus in my family. I personally have owned 4, though this is my first purchase from Premier Subaru. We knew exactly what we wanted (2014 Twilight Blue Outback, family. I personally have owned 4, though this is my first purchase from Premier Subaru. Herman Winston immediately got to work sourcing this vehicle and kept us apprised of developments as they occurred. Herman was very professional, informative and made this experience a delight. Likewise, Rodney Pomerleau apprised of the finance programs available in an extremely clear and concise manner. It was a pleasure to work with both of these men and they have my highest recommendation. I will surely recommend family and friends to Premier Subaru. Thanks again for your very kind consideration! We came on a Sunday to just check out the cars and get an idea of what we were looking for. The lot was jammed full of people doing the same thing we were. We were quite amazed how busy the dealership was idea of what we were looking for. The lot was jammed full of people doing the same thing we were. We were quite amazed how busy the dealership was for a Sunday afternoon. Although we had to wait a while for Herman to help us as he was in the middle of helping another couple, our wait was worth it. Herman was delightful to deal with. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Although we were originally "just looking"; it was because of Herman that we put a deposit down that day. He went out of his way to work with us to get the financing we needed that would fit into our budget. When we picked it up four days later, he put new mats in the car, as there weren't any and he filled the gas tank up, much to our surprise. Then he took a picture of us smiling away with our new purchase. Rodney was very descriptive when he went through the papers with us. He made sure we understood everything before we left. Although we live about 40 minutes away, the distance was well worth the drive. We're thrilled with our new (used) car and with the way we were treated at Premier Subaru. Herman especially is a wonderful asset for your business. Everyone we met there could not have been nicer. We will definitely recommend Premier Subaru to anyone we know who is looking for a car.
