I have purchased many vehicles from this dealership and this is my first bad experience. I have had nothing but issues since I bought the car. I was told I need a security system put on before I could tak this is my first bad experience. I have had nothing but issues since I bought the car. I was told I need a security system put on before I could take possession, had to download the app and register but now it doesn't work. When I went to pick up the car, someone different assisted me since my salesperson had to go for an emergency and all he did was show me how to program my cell to AppleCar Play. I called re; my issues and only get texts back from the salesman. Someone from management called me on a Saturday and said they were discussing the situation and that I would be contacted on Monday, well here it is 10 plus days, and I still haven't heard anything. It is starting to make me believe they are doing something sketchy seeing how I am a female. Very disappointed. Then I looked though my paperwork and was appalled at the finance rate they charged me esp with excellent credit. More

I drove 2 hours to buy a used truck from them. Dealer attempted to add $699 for some kind of anti-theft parts marking package and $699 for some sort of vehicle theft replacement package (as is my full co attempted to add $699 for some kind of anti-theft parts marking package and $699 for some sort of vehicle theft replacement package (as is my full coverage insurance wouldn’t pay on a stolen car) They claimed both packages ere mandatory and that they were “required” to add them. Along with a $399 doc fee. That’s $1800 added to the advertised price of a used vehicle that I intended to pay cash for. The ad on their website said “sunroof”. Vehicle didn’t have a sunroof. After a bunch of back-and-forth negotiating, they never even came back down to the advertised price. I left. I got a “personal email from the General Sales Manager” with his desire to get personally involved. I reiterated my offer and never got a response back. Arrogant, misleading and sleazy operation. This kind of behavior is what gives car dealers a bad reputatiion, which in this case is well deserved. Wasted my time driving 2 hours each way to visit the dealership. More
