When I go into a dealership I appreciate someone that takes time to explain things to me. I appreciate Someone that is not pushy and understands everyone has different circumstances. And that is exactly what happened this time that we were in Kia. Everything was explained, they were not pushing us in a certain direction. We actually saw them trying to help us so that was very much appreciated and that is what ultimately will probably bring us back again in the future. More

We made an appointment ahead of time and, when we walked in, we were greeted with a positive attitude and a Can Do approach to finding the car we wanted. They were quick and nice. They had the vehicle I wanted in stock and held it for me since I had to drive 2.5 hours to get there. Raymond Kia was the first dealer where I felt respected and was given the information up front.
