Inspite of having a bad experience at Sales Department at at Parkway Honda, MA(I purchased my Honda CRV at this dealership), I went to this dealer only based on the review feedback for Angelis Ramirez. Howe at Parkway Honda, MA(I purchased my Honda CRV at this dealership), I went to this dealer only based on the review feedback for Angelis Ramirez. However, my Car service advisor today was Roberta Motta, whom I met here for the first time. I got an excellent service and the response. Keep up the good service, Rob!. Rob gave me his email and phone and send any queries any time. Thank you again, Rob. NOTE: Since I came to this dealership only because of Angelis, I introduced myself to her and appreciated her for best reviews she is getting. Amazingly, she offered to reach-out to her for future service when needed. More
