I feel lucky that Rob Williams was standing there when we walked into the Lexus dealership. Because we liked the service we received from this dealership, we decided that was the way to go. Rob listened to what we were interested in and found us the car that met our criteria in our price range and we drove the car home that day. Initially impressed by his friendliness and low pressure approach, I was happy to have a Robert's contagious enthusiasm for the product and the customer's needs. He clearly stands buy the brand and is completely knowledgeable about every detail. During the test drive, he highlighted the performance and handling as well as the technology of the car. He also clearly explained each technological amenity and advantage of the Lexus 350. (Quite patient with all my questions as well.) After the negotiations were complete-and they too, were stress free- and I met with the financial team-Robert was not satisfied until every detail was complete. I had left the DOT transponder in my trade-in and it was kept and returned to me when I returned for my inspection sticker. We did our research on-line and actually "dropped by" the dealership at least twice just to look around. Rob was extremely helpful He assured us that he would work with us to find the right car for us and emphasized that he wanted us to be completely satisfied.. And he did and we were! Rob worked very hard to have everything in order for us. He gave us his complete attention. He was extremely professional and helpful. We never felt rushed or pressured. I visited the site on July 31st to inquire about a few RX350 SUV’s I researched online. Rob Williams was assigned as my sales assistance and he immediately put me at ease and made me feel like I made the right decision to do business with the Herb Chambers Lexus dealership. He was sensitive to the emotional attachment I had to my car, which was my very first car and I owned for over 14 years. He was patient with working through the details of the sale and spent time getting me familiar with the mechanics of the car to make sure we got home safely, even though it was their month end and by the time our business was concluded, it was well after 11 p.m. When I called him the following day with a list of things I wanted taken care of on the car, he was never condescending or impatient and never rushed me. He was as detailed as I was with what I wanted done and worked with Marc Scotch in the service department to ensure that all my concerns were addressed. He even completed the work in less time than I expected. He made what is a tedious and overwhelming process very seamless for me and I am incredibly appreciative of the time and patience he afforded me. Robert was not only very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was leasing but he was extremely friendly, courteous and respectful of all of my requests during the transaction. After all of the paperwork was completed, Robert spent an additional hour and a half teaching me all of the options associated with the Navigation system, followed up the next day and then the following day once again to let me know that my registration had arrived. The experience was stress free! This is the fourth RX350 I have leased from Herb Chambers and I highly recommend this dealership and Robert Williams. More
