New Car Purchase / Replacing 2013 Lexus Purchase Our 2013 Lexus 350 RX was purchased in 2013 and we where overjoyed with the vehicle performance. During a Snow Storm in January or 2015 it was struck Our 2013 Lexus 350 RX was purchased in 2013 and we where overjoyed with the vehicle performance. During a Snow Storm in January or 2015 it was struck head on by vehicle that crossed lanes and it resulted in the vehicle be a Total Loss. Fortunately because of the air bag system (fully deployed upon impact securing the driver safely) and other safety features in the 350 RX , all worked out for the best. Consequently we naturally wanted the same vehicle. Exterior Color, Interior Color, Luxury package etc... One problem, it was now the end of the 2015 model season and choices where thin, in fact there wasn't a vehicle to our specifications in the State and our color choice combination was originally only a small fraction of models made that year. Naturally we where disheartened and looked at other options, even other dealerships. Enter our Sales Associate Rob Williams. Not only did he keep us sane during this horrible time. ( never involved in an accident let alone a head on collision) and the week of uncertainty that followed, but he found the vehicle and had it shipped in so we could accept delivery. He introduced us to his teammate Devin who secured our financing and with the support of their prospective managers George & Kolls, all was once well again. We where back in the Lexus 350 RX we loved and back on the road again. I'd have to say Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon is the most committed dealership to service and customer satisfaction by far and we'd be proud to tell anyone interested. And the Lexus 2013 350 RX SUV is one of the safest and most reliable vehicles we had ever owned , it saved a life most surely saved us. We look forward to our 2015 Lexus experience and are overjoyed with The Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon Team. More

Fairly painless! I do not know many people who actually enjoy the car buying process, but for me this was mostly a pleasant experience. Being in sales myself, I do not I do not know many people who actually enjoy the car buying process, but for me this was mostly a pleasant experience. Being in sales myself, I do not enjoy being "sold" to, but Rob was not a "hard sell" salesperson. He took a lot of time to explain things and answer questions and the actual negotiations went well and pretty quickly. At the end of the deal I felt that both parties had been treated fairly and that is what I believe signifies a good salesperson and company. It was fortunate that the car I wanted was at this dealership although it was off brand. It is a beautiful dealership and everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. We even enjoyed a nice lunch in the café! I could even see myself going the extra miles for service I liked it so much. Thanks to all who contributed to my car buying process. I would love to do it again someday! More

Buying a car can be very stressful, but Rob has such a calm and easy way about him that it turned out to be a really pleasant experience. Rob went out of his way to get us the exact car we wanted , working late into the night. He spent close to two hours with us when we went to pick up the car on New Year's day explaining and answering all of our questions . Almost a month into our ownership I had some issues and questions..I called Rob and he immediately took care of everything!
