Unbelievable experience! Absolute delight to work with! I have owned BMWs, Toyotas, Hondas and Fords my entire life so this was my first experience with Lexus and my first with Herb Chambers and what a grea I have owned BMWs, Toyotas, Hondas and Fords my entire life so this was my first experience with Lexus and my first with Herb Chambers and what a great one. I did my research and this dealership had the best inventory and selections and the actual model I was searching to lease or buy. I sent in a request for pricing and was immediately contacted by a very friendly representative that connected me with a sales person and an appointment the same day. I was a bit late but Rob Williams, the Sales Rep was excited to greet me and took me out on a test drive and took down some info. Within a matter of 14 hours I was in the new Lexus I wanted, the right color and style and model. Rob was very easy going and easy to work with and did not push me to do anything I did not want to do. I was presented some numbers and the lease made perfect sense and by the next day I traded in my BMW and got right into a new GX 460. The leasing paperwork with Andrew was simple and fast. Also, not only did Rob take the time to tour me through the entire beautiful facility, he took the time to set my phone up with the Lexus technology, took me through the entire car and all of the features and spent a good amount of time at delivery making sure I was all set to go before I left. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever been through and I am glad I made the choice to visit this dealership and buy a Lexus. More

A Deal and Professionalism Worth The 800 Mile Drive I purchased a 2016 Toyota 4Runner Premium ( WITH OPTIONS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR) from on-line. I live over 800 miles from dealership, nothing I purchased a 2016 Toyota 4Runner Premium ( WITH OPTIONS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR) from on-line. I live over 800 miles from dealership, nothing in my area offered what I was looking for. By phone conversations a sales agreement was made without me actually being able to personally view the vehicle. Rob Williams and Johnny Saghbini went the extra mile for me by taking requested photos and emailing them to me along with other pertinate information relating to the vehicle. They also gave the vehicle a complete look-over as if they were buying it themselves. They were very professional and easy to work with, and most important, "THEY FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO" This is what builds and earns my trust. My son and I drove the 800 miles to pick up the vehicle and we were NOT disappointed. The sale was smooth and fluid (even on a Sunday) and the Title and other documents were "Over-nighted Air" to me as promised. Can't say enough good about our experience. My 17 yr old son was very impressed and excited about this experience and said to me "Dad, I want to buy my first car from here!" So we may be up for another road trip in the near future. More

A Most Pleasant Surprise My wife and I decided to stop by the Herb Chambers Lexus dealer in Sharon one afternoon just so my wife could experience driving an SUV ( RX350 ). We My wife and I decided to stop by the Herb Chambers Lexus dealer in Sharon one afternoon just so my wife could experience driving an SUV ( RX350 ). We had pretty much decided on a vehicle to replace her current lease but that all fell apart at the Lexus store. We met Rob Williams, a sales & leasing consultant and the rest was history. His product knowledge was second to none. He made us feel so comfortable we felt as if we had know him for years. His attention to detail was fantastic. He answered every question we asked in a professional and warm manner. Rob worked out the perfect deal for us with his sales Manager, Johnny Saghbini ( another wonderful person ) and we finished off with Chris Gabresi ( another wonderful guy ) and we drove home in it a few days later. Rob took us through their entire location including the service department, their repair area and the snack bar and customer lounge. The delivery day experience was thorough and painless and we learned a lot about our new vehicle from Rob.
