My service advisor wasn't able to answer the questions. I needed to answer but he was able to give me a small discount. It took about 7 hours for them to change my brakes and battery. I don't know if the b I needed to answer but he was able to give me a small discount. It took about 7 hours for them to change my brakes and battery. I don't know if the battery actually needed to be changed or if the problem was with the starter or alternator but they changed my battery anyway. Labor cost almost as much as the parts. More

The visit for oil change appointment was good. I am giving a low rating based on my followup call on 9 Apr to repair my headlight that was out. The technician gave me a quote and referred me to a lady for scheduling. First she gave me a date of Friday 12 April them she reversed this because she said the technician would have to examine it and I would have to leave it for several days because they are behind. I said this is ridiculous. I can see this for a major work but a simple headlight is too long. She didn't take the time to see what would be a good date they could do it without me leaving my car several days. I went to meineke and received an examination the same day. This lady needs training on customer service and how to better help the customer. More

Terrible service.
