A friendly and streamlined experience Simo was extremely helpful and responsive in the process of selecting and finding a new Golf Alltrack, finding and securing the only car that matched Simo was extremely helpful and responsive in the process of selecting and finding a new Golf Alltrack, finding and securing the only car that matched our specifications within the state of Pennsylvania within 2 days. Whenever we had a question about financing or accessories, he was quick to respond via email or phone. When the car was delivered, Simo was very patient in demonstrating the mechanical and electronic features of the car. All this without any sales pressure. Rob Venella was very friendly, prepared and accommodating in completing the sale upon our new car's delivery. (Especially considering that we had a semi-urgent family matter to attend to following settlement.) His organization, in particular separating paper documents for home from those for the car, was very helpful. More

With now three Wynn VWs in our driveway, we appreciate being able to call, text or e-mail with questions. I am enjoying my new Passat, and thank Simo, Rob (sales manager), and Tyler for their efforts.
