I had a great experience at Elder Ford. I live over 2 hours away and was able to negotiate a trade in vehicle and finalize a price on the used vehicle I was interested in. My salespersons Corey was very communicative and there were no surprises when we arrived. When we got into finance we worked with Robert who seemed genuinely interested in getting us the best loan for our needs. He did a lot of research, communicated our options, and ended up getting us a better interest rate than we expected. He also offered us add-ons but was not pushy at all. When buying a vehicle that is a long term investment it is really nice to start off with a good experience and I thank Corey, Robert, and Elder Ford for making that happen. More
