We live in Jacksonville and came to Arlington Toyota over the Christmas holiday to test drive a Rav4. Christian Guiterrez was our salesman and accommodated us. Our daughter from out of state was also inter the Christmas holiday to test drive a Rav4. Christian Guiterrez was our salesman and accommodated us. Our daughter from out of state was also interested in the hybrid Rav and he also accommodated her even though we made it clear they wouldn't be buying from them. We were impressed with their "wall of inventory." They post each of their models on their floor to ceiling windows with specs and prices of vehicles. We thought that was a marketing genius! We came back on New Year's eve and paid down on our Rav4. It came in and Christian came in on his day off to finish the transaction which took 2.5 hrs. He was very accommodating and very attentive. We are so happy with our purchasing experience there. The salesmen are all very courteous and get you where you need to go. We also did enjoy the hot dogs on Saturday. That was great too! More

I went there this past Saturday to see if I could get a car that fits in my price for monthly payments put 1500 down.We did not find a car that suited us for what we wanted so we left.Got a call yesterday car that fits in my price for monthly payments put 1500 down.We did not find a car that suited us for what we wanted so we left.Got a call yesterday that there is a car "that would be perfect for you" it was right in our price range it even includes GAP insurance.So what do I do I take the offer sign papers and documents get handed the keys I'm good to go.Obviously while I was test driving I was asking questions about the Carfax is there anything wrong with it,etc....TELL ME WHY!!!!!That when I drove out of the parking lot hit the 295 N the car all of a sudden starting slowing down it went from 50-barely 30 in like 10 seconds.Lord have mercy I almost lost my life that night bc of how slow the car was going when trying to merge on the highway....LUCKILY....I put my hazards on went to the next exit and called TOYOTA Immediately....it hadn't even be 10 mins when I left from there.The guy was like oh just "bring it back in the morning and we will see what we can do"...TF HellNo!!!I'm bringing back this car to you and expect an answer by tomorrow... well look attie here its Tomorrow and still no word on the car.I have been calling every two hours for a xxxximg update on this xxxx and they tell me first it was loose fuses now there telling me they have to send this car to KIA....in the meantime I am sitting here with my beloved fiance in the lobby to get some xxxx answers and explanations ....if it's not the right answer then I need my motherxxxxing money back or put me in a rental free of charge bc I need a vehicle....The one who sold me this "Doozy of a car" was Ignacio but his manager signed off of the paperwork knowing this car was a lemon!Juan was TERRIBLE!! More

All cars have an $1800 upcharge on top of dealer fee above advertised price. Hard sell on maintenance contract and gap insurance will not take no for an answer to the point of rudeness. VAN is the MAN!!! Sunday I visited a number of dealerships with Arlington being my 5th and final for the day. It was my 3rd Toyota dealer. I went to 2 other brand dealers as well. As soon as p dealerships with Arlington being my 5th and final for the day. It was my 3rd Toyota dealer. I went to 2 other brand dealers as well. As soon as pulled up, Van greeted me and by this point I knew exactly what I was looking for and he was quick to walk me directly to the cars- SO NO "I first need to take into the building and get some information from you" crap. We walked the lot with the specific vehicle type I had in mind. I liked that they had the largest selection from the two previous dealers that I visited in addition to the countless online research that I did. After narrowing my selection to 2 colors, he got the keys and we looked at each one of them and then I choose 1 to test drive. During the test drive, Van shared the amenities and features of the vehicle while carefully listening to my needs. When we returned he asked would I like to discuss numbers in which I accepted. He immediately provided the breakdown of the cost and what the anticipated monthly payment could be WITHOUT running credit. With this, I felt comfortable to proceed with having them run my credit and provide me with terms. I wasn't 100% sold on purchase on the 1st DAY that I began shopping. After to negotiate pricing with Van, he had the sales manager and then finance manager, Mr. Roger come over and they were only willing to knock off $200. In THIS market, this should be a steal and considering it is a Toyota. :) I told everyone that I would think it over and get back. But as I was walking out with Van, we discussed the incredible price and opportunity to purchase now since it was the LAST one of the particular trimline. And while there, YES, I did go online and check other nearby dealers and inventory on Cargurus.com and he was not only right but the prices were at least $1k-$2k if not more higher. So, on the spot, I told Van I changed my mind and wanted to proceed. Today, I completed my financing documents and the car was delivered. And I really couldn't be any happier. I was very hesitant after signing the documents because I purchased on the VERY FIRST day that I began shopping but I feel at peace because out of ALL the sales people that I met at other places, Van really cared and shared the right information about the vehicle's performance, warranties, and features since I have NEVER owned a Toyota before. I know buying a car can be nerve-wrecking process but if you are considering purchasing a Toyota, I would definitely RECOMMEND you ONLY see Van McCrae. And his direct number is (904) 414-6151.
