Great experience from start to finish. Carlos Sanchez was patient, professional and friendly. He made the procress so easy and was very communicative. Robert Sadler contacted me after I called BMW of Columbia SC. and requested a Genius meeting to set up my new BMW. While at Braman I also had a brief contact with a Service Advisor named Fuentes who was busy SC. and requested a Genius meeting to set up my new BMW. I wanted to introduce myself since Braman would be servicing my vehicle.but he did not show much interest. More
