Tdi specialist I have successfully went through the aim portal to sell my diesel back and trade it in for the new one and it went so smoothly because of mike east. First car, great experience Mike was a great help! As soon as we started looking at cars outside, he was right there to help us and gave pertinent information on each car we aske Mike was a great help! As soon as we started looking at cars outside, he was right there to help us and gave pertinent information on each car we asked about. I'm a complete novice when it comes to cars, so Mike did a great job explaining the car features and lease details on a level I could understand. I never felt pressured to lease with Dalmar at any point while in the store and Mike was truly receptive to my needs and wants. In retrospect, I am very glad I chose to lease from Dalmar - the experience has been hassle-free and I love my bug! More
