Quick and courteous This was my 1st visit to Hemborg Ford. After having the worst experience purchasing our vehicle at a nearby Riverside dealership, I was still bitter a This was my 1st visit to Hemborg Ford. After having the worst experience purchasing our vehicle at a nearby Riverside dealership, I was still bitter about Ford dealerships. The staff was very polite and courteous even at 830 in the morning. The Service manager was the 1st to greet me and i was told it would be approximately 2 hours for completion. A little over an hour later i was on my way home. The staff had the same sincere smiles they had when I arrived. Excellent Service More

Very poor sales and service Purchased new C-Max Energi jan 6, 2017, Dealer or service will not honor promises, Sync still not functioning after 2 visits. Pushed thru initial "tra Purchased new C-Max Energi jan 6, 2017, Dealer or service will not honor promises, Sync still not functioning after 2 visits. Pushed thru initial "training on vehicle" when we went back to get full overview and proper sync operation, salesman could not get sync to function and his exact words were "I have been lying to alot of people" I am beyond upset and frustrated with this company, Sales stated numerous times "Vehicle will tell you where there is a charging station" well, there is no navigation on this $39,000 vehicle, which is odd because owner.ford.com says it has it. Sales Manager Brian is the most incompetent person i have ever meet, we went to talk about these issues and did not take any notes and nothing was fixed during 1st service visit, including the damaged fuel door the sales person did while trying to open it up (pried it open, there is a switch inside) Paint damage still not fixed, they are sending me touch up paint so i can do it myself. Robert in service tried to help, but nothing is fixed. I would be happy if they just repaired paint and installed navigation like was promised. More

Warning do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership. I bought a used vehicle and purchased a 2 year warranty on it. About three weeks later I noticed it was leaking oil. Make it a short story I took that I bought a used vehicle and purchased a 2 year warranty on it. About three weeks later I noticed it was leaking oil. Make it a short story I took that vehicle back five times and it was still leaking oil. I had this vehicle for 2 months and it was at the service dept. at for a month. After being in 3 different rental cars, I took it back and they got me into a new one. This cost me a lot of money. I should of took them to arbitration on it. I will never buy or service another vehicle at this dealership again. Beware, service dept. is shady from the manager all the way down. More
