We stumbled upon Rockland Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and we bought a perfect truck from them without any hidden fees or other scams that corrupt and unscrupulous dealers use. Then we had a light on the dash and took it for the Service department to check out and they happily took excellent care of us and our truck. This is my dealership for a long, long time. They don't drop you after the sale, they are in this journey with you. More

Very dissatisfied. No customer loyalty. They treat you like a first time customer from another planet. Unprofessional. Water issue with Taillight since first year of pu No customer loyalty. This year they decided not uphold their responsibility or warranty on an 8 year old defect. (1 year old tail light). Lied on service receipts. Still had the nerve to charge a diagnostic fee for a multi-repeat issue. Lost my business. Sincerely Mistreated More

I visited this dealership in 2019 when I was looking for a sports car. Unfortunately, I was kicked out of the showroom when I entered the hellcat wearing my clean contractors clothing. I ended buying a must a sports car. Unfortunately, I was kicked out of the showroom when I entered the hellcat wearing my clean contractors clothing. I ended buying a mustang next door at ford. Fast forwarding, my wife is pregnant with twins, and need to trade in the mustang for a minivan. I was pleasantly surprise when the salesman told me they sold their cars at msrp (a rarity in this market). When I asked about discrepancy between what they were charging me for options compared to online option prices (online was cheaper), the salesman became nasty and told me to buy the car somewhere else. I was fine with the price, but wanted to settle the discrepancy. The manager was kind enough to gently explain what was going on. When it came time for pick up, we discussed the trade in for the mustang, and the salesman became nasty again, with his take it or leave it attitude. We took care of that ugliness when I was told to show at the dealership at 4 for pickup. I waited almost an hour for him to see him, and he was unprepared with my insurance, luckily another salesman helped him out. He filled out paperwork for me to so sign, with premise it was needed for the sale. Unbeknownst to me it was for Sirius radio (which I didn’t want), and he gave himself a 10 out of 10. The business manager was great to work with, and I was in his office no longer than 15 minutes. On my way out, the salesman was too busy chatting it up with his coworkers that he didn’t notice me leave. I am now trying to figure out this new cars gadgets, using YouTube for pointers. I wanted to give this dealership a second chance, but am hugely disappointed with my experience. If your a bit old fashioned like me, and want to feel valued rather than a burden, there are lot of other dealerships that would be thrilled for your business, even in this market. More

Once you buy a car from them, they treat you like they're DONE with you. Dont return calls nor emails. That's goes for management as well. They ordered my new Ram for me over 5 months ago but due to the chip shortage it WAS NOT their fault and I expected it to take some time to get it.
