We were very happy with Alan and felt he did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We were not satisfied with the condition of the vehicle we purchased when we first went to possible to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We were not satisfied with the condition of the vehicle we purchased when we first went to pick it up. The car had not been cleaned from the previous owner. The situation was remedied, but we felt that the car should have never been delivered to us in that condition in the first place and we should not have had to ask for it to be cleaned. More

He took the time to show us the vehicle inside and out, even though it was past his time to go home for the night. We did not feel rushed at all. We went over the numbers too so we could go home and talk about the purchase. Everyone was super friendly and truly seemed happy to be working there. It is not another large dealership where your passed from one person to the next. Tracy took time to explain everything and it was a very stress free experience. GMC was my 5th and final dealership that I was going to for my last estimate. We were in need of a car with 3rd row seating. I sat down with Billy who understood my situation and our budget. He did everything he could so that his dealership would be the one I would leave a car with. He kept in very close contact with us and was available at all times with any questions we had. With the help of Robert O'Connell, numbers were met as they wanted to keep us as "part of the GCM family". When it was time to pick up our Acadia, Billy had everything ready, showed us the car, and even helped us return our last car to another dealership.
