A terrific buying experience! Robert McMann and Ray Gerbich were great. Mr. McMann listened to what I wanted and he and Mr. Gebich executed perfectly. best car buying experience i've ever had. I found the vehicle I purchased on line, walked in and spoke to Hamid. There was no pressure, and the entire group I dealt with were very professional I found the vehicle I purchased on line, walked in and spoke to Hamid. There was no pressure, and the entire group I dealt with were very professional. I was given top dollar for my trade, and the finance department was outstanding to work with. the whole process took less than 3 hours start to finish. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Phil Long and I will continue to come back! More

Sold my vehicle to Phil Long I submitted a KBB request to get a value for my vehicle. Several folks contacted me, one being Phil Long Ford. After a few responses from KBB authoriz I submitted a KBB request to get a value for my vehicle. Several folks contacted me, one being Phil Long Ford. After a few responses from KBB authorized dealers, I was disappointed at the value being placed on my vehicle, 09 Ram 2500 Hemi. I started communicating via email with Robert McMann from PLF and he was a bit surprised and said KBB seemed to have the wrong vehicle info and from what I gave him, he placed it at 7-10K. He said he would personally appraise it when I brought it in. I finally was able to do that, met Robert and went for a drive. We talked a bit and he offered 7,500. I though that was fair and took it. I later found out Robert was the GM!!!!! Very polite and personal, taking the time out of a Saturday morning to deal with a used vehicle. - WOW! That is customer service. He turned me over to Walter Banks who completed the necessary paperwork. Walter has been in the business 40yrs, and was also polite, personal and great to work with. Both Robert and Walter made the whole experience very enjoyable. I would definitely give PLF consideration for any vehicle purchase in the future. More

Sometimes you can't afford a new car BUT.. I was looking for a used car for my granddaughter for her first year of college. I couldn't afford to spend a lot of money for a vehicle, but Phil Lo I was looking for a used car for my granddaughter for her first year of college. I couldn't afford to spend a lot of money for a vehicle, but Phil Long Ford helped me find the PERFECT car for her. The general manager, Robert McMann asked Derrick Brown to take us around the lot to see what choices there were for us. He also asked Derrick to specifically show us all the used vehicles that came in over the weekend as trade-ins. Derrick showed us several vehicles. We ended up with a VERY NICE 2009 Honda Civic that had JUST been traded in the day before. Its a beautiful Royal Blue and they had the service department look it over and clean it up for us. It looks like a BRAND NEW CAR! My granddaughter is THRILLED. Thank you Phil Long Ford. More
