2011 Ford Escape 4DR SUV Initially we were getting our 2005 Ford Escape serviced. It soon became clear that (because of pending expenses) it was time for a later model car. Got to the showroom and worked with both Ricardo and Otis. Otis and I walked around the back lot looking for an Escape that fit the bill. Located a recent arrival with low mileage. Secured the financing (USF Federal Credit Union) and made our purchase. We are both extremely happy with our service and sale experience. If we had any issues (and I would be nit-picking) it was that there was only one key available for the vehicle. We paid to cut and program a second key for my wife. Other than that, no complaints. More

Our vehicle is a 2013 Ford Explorer. My water would not come out of the washer/wipers to clean windows. Asked husband to fill, he indicated it was full. So called Brandon Ford. Got me in next day. Robert indicated it would take about an hour, it was exactly 1 hour. They replaced the pump and it works great. I was very pleased with the entire service experience. Mr. Lopez was very nice and respectful and explained what was done to my car. The price for the 10K checkup was outstanding. I have always been charged at least $200 for any kind of service at other dealers and was expecting to pay around this amount, but I only paid $30 with the coupon. Being retired and living on a fixed income this was welcome news. Nina and my I are really pleased with our Ford Fusion Hybird. We took a trip up North to Ohio, Michigan, and Chicago, Ill and got 38.3 mpg for the 3,300 mile trip. This car is the most quiet and comfordable ride of all the cars we have owned to include Volvo and BMW. Thanks Ford for a great vehicle. More

I love Ford and have been a client for life. The service and the quality of the vehicle is my priority. I have been buying Ford for the last twenty years and have always liked it. First because it made in A and the quality of the vehicle is my priority. I have been buying Ford for the last twenty years and have always liked it. First because it made in America and we should give preference to our cars and not foreigners. We should be proud of our companies and Ford has been here for a long time and as a legalized American and proud American that I am, I will always give preference to Ford. Brandon Ford has been servicing my Ford F150 truck for several years. Robert Lopez is the service advisor I have been dealing with, he is an excellant representative of Brandon Ford. Normally I stay until the work is complete but this time I used your Shuttle Service and the driver was excellent. Even though we had called 5 times on Wednesday, no one in the service department would pick up the phone to help us, until we left a message mentioning our friends name, Wayne Hammond.
